DAMAGE:- The Buy Nothing Project is not liable for damage during shipping.
SENDER OBLIGATIONS:- Sender will make every effort to describe their item and mention any defects it may have. The Buy Nothing Project is not liable if the item does not meet the satisfaction of the Recipient.
- Sender represents and warrants that they are the owner of the item(s) they are shipping, that their item(s) are not subject to any liens or encumbrances; that their item(s) are legal by state and federal laws and none of the items infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property or other proprietary right of any third party, any state or federal law, or any administrative regulation.
- Sender agrees to not send any restricted items or hazardous materials.
- Sender will ship the gift within 30 days, after which the QR code is invalid and Recipient will be refunded 100%.
RETURNS:- The Buy Nothing Project offers no returns policy. The Recipient can always re-gift the item.
- Returns are only made if UPS is unable to deliver.
REFUNDS: - The Buy Nothing Project will refund the Recipient if the Sender does not send the package.
GENERAL:- These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and are for the benefit of, and will be enforceable by, the parties only and are not intended to confer any right or benefit on any third party or to create any obligations or liability of a party to any such third party. If any provision of the terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that these terms and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by the Buy Nothing Project, at our sole discretion.
