As required by federal tax law, once a donation has been processed, it becomes the property of Angels for Angels, and Angels for Angels has exclusive legal control over the donated funds. Angels for Angels will make a good faith effort to utilize a gift for the purposes of the project named, however, Angels for Angels reserves the right to re-grant gifts where, in Angels for Angels’s sole discretion, the recommended project is not furthering its specified charitable purposes or when, for example, such project falls out of compliance with a federal or state regulatory authority. If Angels for Angels cannot regrant a donation to or for the purposes of a project that you have recommended, Angels for Angels may in its sole discretion select an alternate recipient, expend the funds in furtherance of the intended charitable purpose itself, or contact you for a different recommendation.
We put your donations to use covering our operational costs, including website hosting on multiple platforms, website domain registration/renewal, Community Builders support forum hosting, volunteer team communication software service, archival document storage, podcast production and hosting, secure customer service email accounts, secure post office box service, participant feedback software service, data storage, data security, bandwidth, maintenance, newsletter email service, development of new features, and other basic monthly recurring operational expenses that come with supporting a movement of over 7 million participants in a professional way.
Cancelling Recurring Contributions:
You can cancel your recurring donation at any time through the platform where you set up your donation, or please ask for our help by emailing us at [email protected].
We are grateful for your generosity and work to add the Supporter token to profiles within 24 hours. If you don't see your token, it likely means we can't find your BuyNothing account using the information you provided when you made your contribution.
