We're launching something new on Earth Day (April 22).
We're going live on YouTube with the very first episode of "My Buy Nothing Life"—a 30-40 minute event celebrating the people and stories that make Buy Nothing what it is.
This isn't a presentation. It's a conversation between neighbors about the movement we are building together, and its impact on our communities and environment. Episodes of My Buy Nothing LIfe will be regularly scheduled and always available for replays on our YouTube channel.
Earth Day is the perfect moment to celebrate what we do every day: keeping good stuff out of landfills, one neighbor at a time. And the Buy Nothing community does it big-time—keeping over 7,500 tons out of landfills each year by sharing with each other.
The event will include:
A live interview with Heather Strong, a gift economy pioneer, who will share her story of how Buy Nothing changed her life and the lives of so many others.
